Growing up in Brazil, Karen has always understood that any celebration is not too little to be made into something beautiful and festive. When working at TV-Guide as a text writer, she always got compliments and encouraging words to venture in the party planning business. But it wasn't until her beautiful little girl was born that Karen decided to take the party business as something real. She started a blog in 2008 to share her ideas for her daughter's birthday parties as well as any little event or get together she would host either at her house, church or even a public park.. Soon she gained loyal readers and became known for her exquisite taste and beautiful parties.
Her work has been featured in magazines specialized in parties and featured in amazing party blogs as sweet designs by Amy Atlas. Karen gives assistance in editorial photo shoots, and party styling in the tri-city area. She lives in NJ with her husband and beautiful daughter Lauren.
